How to Confirm Your Insurer’s Current Windscreen Panel

Panel status belongs to an insurer’s own current list. Check the named insurer and branch before booking.

“Panel workshop” is insurer-specific. Before travelling, search the insurer’s own windscreen-repairer locator or call the insurer using the number on your policy. Confirm the exact branch, address and whether repair, replacement or mobile service is included.

Public lists can change or show different branch details. For example, insurer directories list providers such as Dr Cermin and Uniweld Trading in Johor Bahru, but this does not establish panel status for every policy. Ask the insurer to confirm the branch against your own cover before authorising a claim.
